Who is SetClerk for?

Independent producers, filmmakers, freelance crew, and people running a busy creative studio. If your work involves shoots, people, paperwork, and invoices, this is your production office.

Do I need to use an AI assistant?

No. You can use the workspace directly in your browser. The agent connection adds a conversational way to work with your saved records; your AI service and its subscription are separate.

How do I sign in?

Use Continue with ChatGPT. On the OpenAI sign-in screen, you can use the Google, Apple, Microsoft, or email method associated with your ChatGPT account. Direct Google and Apple sign-in for SetClerk is not connected yet.

Can I try it before subscribing?

Yes. Explore the interactive preview here, then sign in for early access with 3 active projects and 50 MB of document storage. No payment card is needed. Planned paid tiers are $19/month for Solo and $39/month for Studio. Checkout will be available once payment setup is complete.

Does Studio include shared team access?

Not yet. Studio is planned as a larger single-user workspace with more project, storage, and email capacity. Shared seats and team permissions are not included.

Will SetClerk send things without me reviewing them?

No. Drafts stay drafts until you approve sending. Email delivery needs to be configured; invoices can already be exported. SetClerk does not run payroll, file taxes, or automatically contact crew.
